WHY JOIN HAAPE
HAAPE is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization located in Weston Florida and was founded in 2016.
It is an all volunteer organization meaning 100% of its team are volunteers. Over 99% of the funds raised go directly to the programs developed for the ASD adults. HAAPE's goal is to change the life of individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder by helping them find employment so they can live a more independent and productive life. There are currently 6 programs that are being offered. These programs were elected and designed to provide people with autism the opportunity to excel at their employment.

A software testing company that employs long-term individuals with ASD once they have completed training and certification.
ASPIRITECH SOFTWARE TESTING
SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
Provide online, self-paced, affordable, autism-friendly, nationally recognized certification programs in Supply Chain and Logistics Management
Drone familiarization and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certification courses. This course consists of two phases.
FAA COMMERCIAL DRONE PILOT
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND SCANNING
This is a program which teaches document scanning and management
A three-semester certification in avionics repair which prepares for the job as an aviation electronics technician
AVIONICS REPAIR TECHNICIAN
CNC-COMPUTER NUMERIC CONTROL OPERATOR
The CNC Operator safely and efficiently loads raw materials and sets up accessories. They keep detailed records to perform maintenance procedures on any machine needed by the production line or department. They also ensure systems meet requirements from management while following company policy.
